Trony Solar - Hongkong IPO im September

Der in Shenzhen ansässige Dünnschicht-Solarmodul-Hersteller Trony Solar Holdings Company will im September seinen Börsengang an der Hongkonger Börse begehen. Das Unternehmen plant durch die IPO zwischen 1,56 Mrd. HKD (200 Mio. USD) bis 1,95 Mrd. HKD einzusammeln.

Ein zuvor für Dezember 2009 geplanter Börsengang in New York wurde, nach Aussage des Unternehmens, wegen ungünstiger Marktbedingungen abgesagt.
