NEW: Solrif Module Framing Line

SOLRIF® modules are being used more and more in roofing, because of their practical use. The framing procedure, that is different from regular solar modules, can be done with a semi-automatic RIMAS SOLRIF® framing line. With the RIMAS SOLRIF® framing line, experienced operators can produce over 30 modules per hour.

A framing line for Solrif modules consists out of two main units. First of all an automatic silicon dispenser. In a separate unit two automatic kit dispensing units are integrated. The profiles are loaded and unloaded manually, the kit dispensing is automated. The second equipment is the framing line itself, with automatic in and out feeding of laminates. Again the profiles are handled manually. This concept can be customized to several module demonsions and profile types.

The first lines are up and running. On the photo you can see a silicon dispenser of one the lines.
